Pain

Repeated High Stress

Overloading
Overload in the wrong direction causes the knee cap to shift outwards, causing increased pressure between the two bones knee joint i.e. femur and tibia along with the knee cap.

The change in the normal weight transfer on the knee joint robs the muscles off their normal function and the muscles become weaker.
